Payment of Accrued Dividends

Our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that we are obligated to pay dividends until three years have elapsed from the date of commencement of payment. Please contact Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, our shareholder registry administrator, to receive any unclaimed dividends. To ensure that you receive your dividends, we recommend that you designate a transfer to your bank account or brokerage account.

Transfer from a Special Account to a Brokerage Account

To sell shares owned in your special account, it is necessary to transfer them to a brokerage account under your name. For details, please contact Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, which manages our special accounts. (See "Contact Point" at the top of this page.)
