Participation in Initiatives
TCFD
In September 2021, we expressed our endorsement of the TCFD
recommendations and made disclosures in line with the TCFD's recommended
disclosure framework (Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, Metrics &
Targets related to climate change risks and opportunities). In the
future, we aim to further expand disclosure and strengthen our
governance and business strategies related to climate change based on
the scenario analysis results.

CDP
The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is an initiative that brings
together institutional investors from around the world to require
companies to disclose their climate change strategies and specific
greenhouse gas emissions. We have responded to their Climate Change
Questionnaire since FY2022.

Biodiversity Declaration Initiative by Keidanren
We are participating in the Keidanren’s Biodiversity Initiative, which aims to realize a sustainable society through the creation of a society in harmony with nature.
By endorsing and practicing the Declaration of Biodiversity and Action Guidelines by Keidanren, we aim to conserve biodiversity and promote its sustainable use.

COOL CHOICE (Ministry of the Environment)
The Ministry of the Environment promotes COOL CHOICE, a national
campaign to encourage people to make all kinds of "smart choices" in
their daily lives, such as replacing products, using services, and
choosing lifestyles, in order to reduce CO2 emissions. We agree with
this objective and promote efforts to realize a decarbonized society by
conserving energy and reducing waste in our offices.

SAF Flight Initiative
We provide sustainable logistics services through our joint
participation in the SAF Flight Initiative: For the Next Generation, a

We have joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), a worldwide
effort to achieve sustainable growth in the international community.
Through the implementation of the Ten Principles of the UNGC in the four
areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment, and Anti-Corruption, we
continue our efforts to become a company that further contributes to the
sustainable development of society.

We are a member of the Green Logistics Partnership Conference,
which promotes broad cooperation between shippers and logistics companies
based on a solid sense of purpose to collaborate across industries

in the logistics sector. We will promote global warming countermeasures
in logistics through cooperation and collaboration.

We participate in the Japan Association for Logistics and Transport
(JALoT), which addresses cross-cutting issues related to logistics, and
are engaged in activities aimed at further development of the industry.
The JALoT also promotes environmental conservation in logistics through
such initiatives as the Logistics Environment Award. We endorse the
purpose of this Award and our efforts have been recognized.

We belong to the Japan Warehousing Association Inc., which aims to
contribute to the public welfare by promoting the sound development of
the warehousing industry and the proper operation of the business. The
Association conducts promotional activities by disseminating information
on decarbonization and health and safety to its member companies.

The Japan Harbor Transportation Association
We belong to the Japan Harbor Transportation Association, which is
dedicated to contributing to the sound development of the harbor
transportation business. The Association has established the ESG/SDGs
Committee to work with member companies on issues such as the
