MSCI ESG Ratings

The MSCI ESG Ratings is a global evaluation index for ESG investments provided by MSCI ESG Research, which rates companies on a seven-point scale from "AAA" to "CCC“. We have received an "AA" rating.

Nikkei SDGs Management Survey

The SDGs Management Survey conducted by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun evaluates corporate commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in a total of four areas: SDG strategy and economic value, social value, environmental value, and governance. We have been certified as a 3-star company in this Survey in 2023.

FTSE Blossom Japan Index

The FTSE Blossom Japan Index is an index comprising Japanese companies that have received high evaluations in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. It is utilized as an index for ESG investments. It has been adopted as a passive investment benchmark for ESG investments by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), and our company has been selected as a constituent of this index.

FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is an index comprising Japanese companies that demonstrate relatively superior performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects within their respective sectors. It has been adopted as a passive investment benchmark for ESG investments by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), and our company has been selected as a constituent of this index.

Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index

This Index is built by Morningstar with the data and scoring methodology of Equileap, designed to emphasize companies that have strong gender diversity policies embedded in their corporate culture and that ensure equal opportunities to employees, irrespective of their gender. The index has been adopted as an ESG investment index by the GPIF (General Pension Investment Fund). We have been selected as a constituent of the index.

MSCI NIHONKABU ESG SELECT LEADERS INDEX

The MSCI NIHONKABU ESG SELECT LEADERS INDEX is a comprehensive ESG index constructed based on MSCI's ESG research. It is composed of companies with relatively high ESG ratings in their respective industries, and has been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) as a passive investment benchmark for ESG investments. We have been selected as a constituent of the index.

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

The index uses TOPIX, a representative stock price index that indicates trends in the Japanese market, as its universe, and determines the weighting of its component stocks by focusing on the status of environmental information disclosure and the level of carbon efficiency. The index has been adopted as an ESG investment index by the GPIF (General Pension Investment Fund). We have been selected as a constituent of the index.

We are certified as a DX Certified Business Operator under the DX (Digital Transformation) Certification System established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We will continue to promote our DX strategy and work to realize the world of digital enterprise.

We have acquired CEIV Pharma, a quality certification for pharmaceutical air transportation by IATA (International Air Transport Association), at Narita International Airport and Kansai International Airport. Halal Certification (Islamic Council of Singapore)

For customers with Halal-certified manufacturing facilities, we respond to various storage requests, such as distinguishing a portion of the warehouse as dedicated Halal storage space, and having employees who have completed a training course designated by a certification body carry out operations in accordance with established procedures.

Eruboshi Certification (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare)

In the Eruboshi certification based on the Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life (Women's Empowerment Law), we met the five evaluation criteria for recruitment, continuous employment, working hours, manager ratio, and diverse career courses, and received the highest rating of 3 stars.
