General Employer Action Plan Based on the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Active Engagement in Professional Life
To create an employment environment in which female employees can play an active role, we have formulated and will promote the following action plan.

Goals and Initiatives

Goal 1: Increase the percentage of women in management positions to 15% or more.
▼ Expand systems and training programs to encourage female employees to develop awareness of their own career development.
April 2026 – Develop and support employees who are candidates for future management positions through their supervisors.
April 2026 – Conduct training for employees in the grade immediately below management level.
▼ Implement measures to increase the percentage of women among mid-career hires.
April 2026 – Introduce job categories and female employees who have used overseas training programs on the recruitment page.
April 2026 – Consider and implement the hiring of female management candidates. -
Goal 2: Achieve a parental leave utilization rate of 70% or more for male employees and maintain 100% for female employees.
▼ Implement measures to deepen understanding of increasingly diverse work styles and foster an organizational culture in which employees can take parental leave more easily.
April 2026 – Conduct training for all employees to improve engagement.
April 2026 – Conduct unconscious bias training for all employees.

General Employer Action Plan Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
Based on Article 12 of the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, Mitsui-Soko Express has formulated and will promote the following action plan to realize a workplace that values diversity and rewarding work, leading to greater employee engagement, so that employees can balance work and family life and fully demonstrate their abilities.

Goal 1: Achieve a parental leave utilization rate of 70% or more for male employees and maintain 100% for female employees.
≪Initiatives≫ From April 2026
▼ Implement measures to deepen understanding of increasingly diverse work styles and foster an organizational culture in which employees can take parental leave more easily.
・Conduct training for all employees to improve engagement.
・Conduct unconscious bias training for all employees.
▼ Create an environment that makes it easier to balance work and childcare.
・Continue to raise awareness of childcare support systems through individual explanations.
・Provide e-learning programs aimed at supporting the balance between work and childcare. -
Goal 2: Keep the average annual overtime hours per employee below 360 hours for the total of statutory overtime work and statutory holiday work.

▼ Create a workplace environment where employees can work in good physical and mental health.
・Promote the use of hourly paid leave.
・Achieve and maintain a 100% participation rate in regular health checkups and comprehensive medical checkups.
▼ Implement measures to appropriately manage long working hours.
・Conduct interviews with industrial physicians for employees who work long hours.
・Encourage appropriate working hours through Health and Safety Committee meetings and meetings attended by managers. -
Goal 3: Create a workplace environment where employees can work in good physical and mental health, and implement measures to achieve a paid leave utilization rate of 70% or more.

▼ Create a workplace environment where employees can work in good physical and mental health.
・Promote the use of hourly paid leave.
・Achieve and maintain a 100% participation rate in regular health checkups and comprehensive medical checkups.
▼ Implement measures to improve the paid leave utilization rate.
・Notify employees who have not yet achieved the target in advance, and provide guidance on the approximate number of leave days to be taken each month in order to achieve 70% or more.
・Report and share the status of leave utilization at meetings attended by managers, and encourage employees to take leave.
