Basic Policy Regarding the Protection of Personal Identification Numbers and Identifying Personal Information

We have established the following policy in accordance with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures in order to protect personal identification numbers and identifying personal information (“personally identifying information”) when handling the same.

1. We handle personally identifying information appropriately within the legal scope of business operations related to personal identification numbers.
2. We collect, use, provide, store, and dispose of personally identifying information, etc. in an appropriate manner, and also establish and adhere to company regulations regarding such matters.
3. We educate, train, and monitor individuals handling personally identifying information.
4. We adhere to laws and nationally established guidelines and other standards regarding the handling of personally identifying information.
5. We take safety management measures to prevent the leakage, destruction, and/or damage of personally-identifying information In the unlikely event of a leak or other adverse event, we shall immediately take corrective measures.
