MITSUI-SOKO HOLDINGS engages in room and building rentals through proactive redevelopment of owned real estate and the acquisition of new properties, mainly in central Tokyo.
Our rental portfolio includes office buildings such as the MSH Nihonbashi Hakozaki Building (total floor area: 135,887 m²) located along the Sumida River in Hakozaki-cho, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; the MSC Onarimon Building (10,516 m²) in Minato-ku, Tokyo; the MSC Center Building (32,507 m²); and the MSC Fukagawa Building (14,199 m²) and MSC Fukagawa Building No. 2 (22,046 m²), both in Koto-ku, Tokyo.
We also own residential rental properties such as Hakozaki River & Tower (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and Port Villa Utsubo Park (Nishi-ku, Osaka).
