MITSUI-SOKO Supply Chain Solutions, Inc.     We strive to acquire necessary personal information in advance by clearly indicating the needed information such as purpose of use, scope of co-users, support desk, etc. before obtaining your consent. In addition, we may make records of or tape the contents of dealings and inquiries.

    We strive to keep personal information accurately and up-to-date within the scope of the purpose of use, to prevent illegal access, leakage, tampering, loss, damage, etc. as necessary and appropriate according to the current technical level, and we will take safety control measures and correct them as necessary.

    In order to properly handle the personal information that we keep, including the review of this policy, we have established a position responsible for the management of personal information, the improvement of internal regulations, the education for executives and employees, and the implementation of appropriate internal audits, etc. Thus, we will strive to continually strengthen and improve our internal structure.
