Mitsui-Soko Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. ("MSCS") completed procedures to acquire all the common shares of Logistics Operation Service Co.,Ltd. ("Logios") from Man to Man Holdings Co.,Ltd. today, and Logios has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSCS.
