We strongly recognize that the proper handling of personal information is one of our social obligations as a company, and we have created the below policies on protection of personal information, and build, maintain, and make ongoing improvements to our in-house information management system.

  1. Collection, use, and provision of personal information
    When obtaining personal information, we only use it within the applicable scope for our business activities. Information obtained is never used for purposes outside of that scope. Excluding where we are required to provide personal information to services we outsource to, or where required by law or in the public interest, we do not provide or disclose personal information to third parties.
  2. Management of personal information
    We employ all reasonable preventive measures to protect against the unauthorized access to or loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information. In the event that the above should occur, we take immediate corrective measures.
  3. Strict compliance with applicable laws
    We adhere to laws, statutes, and other standards regarding the protection of personal information.
  4. Established management system
    In order to maintain a proper system in place for the protection of personal information, we appoint a chief information security officer (CISO) and build and continuously make refinements to our system for management of personal information.
  5. Training personnel
    In order to ensure greater awareness among our personnel of our Information Security Policy and Personal Information Protection Regulations, we engage in training of personnel on the protection of personal information.
