We were one of the first to develop a nationwide joint platform for consumer electronics logistics. A mechanism connecting manufacturers and mass retailers has been standardized and an innovative industry-government-academia scheme, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan and universities, has been established.

Our Efficient Delivery Scheme Managing 30% of Total Logistics Handled by Distribution Centers of Consumer Electronics Mass Retailer.

By having several electronics manufacturers and mass retailers use the same warehouses, efficiency of the entire logistics of the industry is improved. This scheme provides substantial effect: reduction of transport costs by limiting the delivery from a manufacturer’s warehouse to mass retailer’s logistic center with vertical movement, and improving the efficiency of delivery through shared use of personnel and warehouse space (absorbing fluctuations in the warehouses) consolidation for joint delivery.

Our Unique Standardized System Absorbs Different Needs

When integrating the delivery from several consumer electronics manufacturers, we conducted thorough interviews with both manufacturers and retailers concerning delivery, storage and cargo handling operations. As a result, a common use of labels, standardization of data formats, and visualization of merit values provided by joint operation are provided. A highly universal system under simple common rules has been developed.

Award from the Director-General for Policy Planning, of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism

Our Consumer Electronics Joint Stock and Delivery scheme unifies different product delivery systems and consolidates delivery points, thereby reducing CO2 emissions by 40%. We also implemented an advanced project in which visualized delivery which utilizes the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and received the award from the Ministry's Director-General for Policy Planning.
